Embroidered logos create a statement like no other. As a traditional method of decorating products, embroidery stands the test of time due to its effectiveness in enhancing logos.
Embroidery adds value to any product or promotional item including clothings, hats, bags and scarves.
The cost of embroidery is based on the size of the logo and the number of items to be embroidered. There is a "one off" artwork charge to format your logo for embroidery. All subequent applications do not attract an artwork charge unless changes are made to your logo.
Screen printing is best used for printing a Single or 2 Colour logo where the logo is large and where quantities are greater than 25 items. It is most economical for larger prints and can be used in conjunction with embroidery. It is quite a popular practice to place embroidery on the front left chest of a polo or t-shirt and a large screen print on the back.
This process of decorating is direct to garment and can be used on clothing, stubbie holders, bags etc. It is achieved by pressing special fabric ink through a fine mesh screen, leaving a colour imprint on the fabric's surface. High visibility at a low cost on large quantities!
The screen printing cost calculation is based on the quantity of items to be screen printed and the number of colours. A screen setup charge applies for each production run.
Dye-Sublimation uses a Full Colour (4 Colour Process) print and allows you to print photos onto polyester surfaces.
It involves transferring an image onto a white surface. The special dye-sublimation inks penetrate into the polyester surface. Dye-Sublimation is extremely popular when used on small and large volume runs of stubbie holders and specially coated ceramic mugs and large volume runs of clothing and hats.
Multi-Colour logos are applied to products through the use of transfers. Logos are firstly reverse-screened onto a paper like material. The complete logo is then applied to the fabrics surface with high heat and pressure.
The use of the application will depend on a number of factors including the number of logo colours, the complexity and size of the logo, the type of item and fabric on which the logo will be printed and the timeframe required for completion of the order. Plastisol Transfers can be used on many products including clothing, bags and hats.
Usually used on larger runs of items, the new technology of digital transfers allows for the production of more detailed logos or the production of photo quality finishes. The images are printed directly onto the transfer paper then applied to the fabric with high heat and pressure. Used for the more complex logos and may result in a fine line around the outside of the image. Suitable for use on clothing, bags, hats etc.
C-Flex is a Full Colour application using a thermal transfer. Used for photo quality printing, the images must have a simple outline area and text will need to be incorporated into the image. If the logo does not have a background then we may need to create a background for you. C-Flex Print is very hardy and is used for both sporting and corporate uniforms.
Cost is calculated on the size of the logo and the number of items to be printed. This application is cost effective for small numbers of items and fast turn-arounds. Over 25 items costs tend to favour screen printing. Suitable for use on clothing, bags, hats etc.
V-Flex print is a Single Colour application used for small quantity and fast turn-around production runs. Suitable for large, simple "text" and "cut out" front and back designs. This method involves a machine cutting out your text or image from a special clothing vinyl and then applying to your garment using high pressure and heat. Suitable for use on clothing, bags, hats etc.
Pad Print is the process we use to print on promotional products.
Pad Print is traditionally used on small hard objects. Cost is calculated on the number of items to be printed and the number of colours. Minimum quantities of 100 items usually apply.
Custom badging is a fantastic decoration method to create a premium promotional product. You can customise the badge with your logo and choose from a variety of styles to suit. Badges can be created to almost any shape and colour and can be antiqued or black highlighted. Used on hats, plain metal pins, buckles etc.
