How to Measure

Follow these simple steps to get accurate measurements for the perfect fit

Use a Tape Measure

Always use a soft measuring tape for accurate measurements. Hold it snug but not tight against your body.

Measure Over Undergarments

Take measurements wearing only undergarments or thin clothing for the most accurate results.

Chest

Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and snug but not tight.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.

Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

Sleeve

Measure from the centre back of neck to wrist with arm slightly bent.

Important Note: If you're between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for a more comfortable fit. For fitted uniforms, order your exact size. Contact us if you need assistance with sizing.
